Help for Searching Decisions

There are 4 ways to search our decisions (see links at left):

1. By Year

Decisions of the PSLRB are listed by year from 1996 to present.

2. Subject Index

The Subject Index provides a comprehensive listing of standard terms and related vocabulary for categorizing decisions. It is useful in retrieving multiple decisions pertaining to the same subject.

3. Recent Decisions

Decisions from the last 60 days are listed in the order that they were added to our website.

4. Using the Search Engine

How to Search For Citation Numbers

Enter citation number as it appears on the decision. For example:

2008 PSLRB 58

Please note that when searching by citation number in French the middle element is not the same as the English version. For example:

2008 CRTFP 58

How to Search File Numbers

Enter file numbers, including hypens, exactly as it appears on the decision.

If you are searching for a decision with multiple files, it may help to enter only the last numbers of the file number. For example if the files numbers are listed as 166-02-36572 and 36573 and you are looking for the second file, enter only:
