Lagacé and Treasury Board (National Defence)
Before: R. Labelle
Appearances: J. Dupont, for the Grievor; R. Lee, for the Employer
Decision rendered: September 17, 1996
Suspension (20 days) - Harassment - Sexual harassment - grievor received a 20-day suspension for alleged harassment of a co-worker - grievor admitted, for the most part, to the conduct alleged by complainant, but argued that complainant did not complain about it - grievor also argued he had been framed - adjudicator had no difficulty accepting complainant's version of events and found that grievor's conduct constituted sexual harassment and that the suspension was warranted.
Grievance denied.
